Aleona Lund (AH-LEE-OH-NAH) — is a licensed dental professional, designer, blogger, singer-songwriter, multidisciplinary creative, entrepreneur & digital creator. Aleona Lund is the founder of of Almost Ready Aleona (ARA) blog & founder and creative director of The Grace + Grain Co.

The concept behind Almost Ready Aleona's stories stems from a phrase she has said her entire life:

“I'm almost ready.”

Not perfectly styled.
Not completely finished.
Not quite there yet.

But also — importantly — not standing still.

That in-between space is where the brand began.

The half sun in the ARA logo represents early light: the beginning of a rise. Not midnight anymore, but not high noon either. The sun hasn’t reached its peak. It’s still becoming what the day will eventually see it as.

And yet, it’s already rising.

That’s what Almost Ready means. You’re allowed to be in motion before you have everything figured out.

There is some irony in me building an entire philosophy around not needing to arrive when her brain is approximately three seconds away from asking whether there’s a faster route there.

That's part of the point, too.

Almost Ready was never about moving slowly. It was about not staying put just because you aren’t finished yet.

Sometimes growth looks like slowing down long enough to notice what you would have rushed past. Sometimes it looks like taking the scenic route, changing direction, or admitting you don’t actually know where you’re going yet.

Being “almost ready” isn’t a reason to wait. It’s permission to begin anyway.

Almost Ready Aleona Blog is where those pieces meet.

What began with fashion, design, and creating for her grew into a lifestyle space for the things that inspire real life — faith, style, food, travel, creativity, personal growth, and the beautifully unfinished process of becoming.

It’s for the person who is still rising.

The person somewhere between not yet and here I am.

Not performative.
Not perfectly polished.
Not waiting for perfection.

Just willing to move with what they have, from where they are.

Still be rising and already be on your way.

And if you happen to be moving rather quickly?

Well.

Apparently there are lessons in that lane, too.

Welcome to Almost Ready Aleona. ☀️
